Synthesis and investigation of magnetic properties of YBCO superconductor doped with carbon nanotubes,

(2022) 6 July. 7th National Conference on Progress in Superconductivity and Magnetism, Iran. p. 83-86.

Abstract

In this study, the magnetic behavior of the YBCO superconducting (YBa2Cu3O7-) samples prepared with the Sol-gel method, and dopped with 0.2, 0.5, 0.9 and 1.3wt% carbon nanotubes (CNT), were investigated. Using magnetic acceptance analysis, we found that the transition temperature of the samples is not much different from the pure sample. Also, according to the scanning electron microscopic images (SEM), the size of the seeds to the optimum pollution is increased by 0.5, thereby improving inter -grain communication.

Keywords: YBCO superconducting (YBa2Cu3O7-), carbon nanotubes (CNT), sol- gel, transition temperature.
