Investigation of Physical Properties of YBa2Cu3O7-δ Thin Film Superconductor Prepared by Spin Coating Method

Abstract

In this study, the YBCO superconducting thin film is prepared by the spin coating method. By optimizing different parameters in preparation method, it has been tried to obtain a sharp superconducting transition. The results of magnetic susceptibility and electrical resistance measurements confirm the sharp transition of superconductivity. Field emission scanning electron microscope images show a film with a smooth and uniform surface. Also, X-ray diffraction results show the growth of crystals along the c-axis.
