Preparation and Characterization of SmFeAsO0.7F0.3 Iron Based Superconductor.

Abstract
The SmFeAsO0.7F0.3 iron-based superconductor was synthesized by one-step solid state reaction method and low sinter temperature. In the first step, the X-ray diffraction spectrum of the samples was analyzed using MAUD software. Then the lattice parameters, unit cell volume, plates height in the crystal structure, bonding angles and purity of the material were calculated and compared with the ideal sample to ensure the accuracy of the synthesis method. With decreasing sinter temperature, we saw an increase in the purity of the material and a decrease in impurity phases.
